HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

You may reserve a bounce house or other party item by sending us an email at jumpbrosrentals@gmail.com or if you’d prefer to talk with us you may give us a call at (240) 397-9584. We look forward to hearing from you!

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

At the point of reservation, we do require a deposit of $50. After the completion of the rental service, we will require the remainder of the payment in full. Please see our Terms and Agreements below.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash, credit cards and Venmo and PayPal payments.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations based on client's decision must be made at least 7 days before the Delivery Date to avoid penalties. We will immediately refund full deposit amount or client can apply payment to a new date at client’s choosing, pending availability.  Jump Bros, LLC is unable to refund deposits on cancellations made 1-6 days prior to the Delivery Date. No refunds will be given once the Unit(s) are delivered and accepted by the client, even if inclement weather follows.

WHAT IS YOUR WEATHER POLICY?

When it comes to forces of nature, we can be outmatched. So in cases of rain, high winds (greater than 12-13 mph), snow or other storms, we will need to cancel your reservation. In such an event you will be provided a full refund. If Jump Bros, LLC determines cancellations are necessary due to inclement weather such as precipitation, high winds or other acts of nature or other dangerous circumstances, all payments will be fully refunded or client can apply payment to a new date at client's choosing, pending availability. The Provider reserves the right to cancel any reservation that may jeopardize safety.

DO WE NEED TO FILL OUT WAIVERS?

Yes! Waivers can be filled out during the delivery.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, Jump Bros, LLC is fully insured with a general liability policy that is well above the minimum Maryland State requirement.  We take extreme pride in bringing joy to all of your celebration events but will not compromise safety in order to do so.  We care about the well-being of your children and aim to provide you with a safe enjoyable rental experience.  Rest assured, our inflatable units have undergone a rigorous Maryland State annual inspection.

ARE YOU TRAINED?

Yes, Jump Bros, LLC is a member of the Safety Inflatable Operators Training Organization (SIOTO) and has taken special care to acquire its premiere Advanced Inflatable Safety Operations Certification (AISOC).  Jump Bros, LLC has agreed to adhere to all SIOTO, American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), National Electrical Code (NEC), Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), Insurance and Manufacturer Guidelines to mitigate safety concerns.  Verify membership here.

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY DISCOUNTS?

ARE YOUR INFLATABLE UNITS SAFE?

As mentioned above, all of our inflatables have undergone an extensive Maryland State inspection as well as pre and post inspections whenever an inflatable is booked.  Jump Bros, LLC only employs Units that are Lead Free, Fire Retardant heavy duty commercial grade high quality 18 oz PVC vinyl.  All seams in our units are double stitched by heavy duty extra strength nylon thread.  Our units use polypropylene and nylon reinforced webbing at all stress points.  For easy deflation all our rides come with zipper slots and hook-and-loop sealed flaps for extra protection.  Our Unit’s superior design and construction ensures a high quality product pioneered and developed with new safety features and enforcement techniques sure to provide lasting safety and fun to your event.

ARE YOUR INFLATABLE UNITS CLEAN?

Of course!  All of our inflatable units are thoroughly cleaned between each use.  We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play.  Jump Bros, LLC uses “Simple Green” products to clean and sanitize  all Units.  “Simple Green” is a U.S. EPA Safer Choice product because of its non-toxic properties and readily biodegradable formula.  Simply stated, this product won’t harm people, animals, plants or the environment.  In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another customer.  This way you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean, and in good working order.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME DURING DELIVERY OF THE RENTAL EQUIPMENT?

The person who made the reservation or who made payment must be present during delivery to sign the rental agreement.  Jump Bros, LLC will review features, safety regulations, and emergency procedures of rental Unit(s) with the client at the time of setup.  An adult MUST accompany the Unit(s) at all times while participants are playing.  The client is solely responsible for the safety of children and care of the equipment by making sure that all rules and regulations are followed.

DO YOUR DELIVER IN MY AREA?

Jump Bros, LLC is located in the 21769 zip code.  Delivery is included in the stated rental fee so long as your event is within 20 miles.  If your event is beyond our travel radius, a travel fee will be added to your quote.  Jump Bros, LLC reserves the right to refuse service if travel time and distance is beyond reasonable measure.  Keep in mind that rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and/or labor may impact travel fees.

I HAVE A CONFIRMED DATE AND TIME, WHAT TIME CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?

Delivery times will be arranged 1 to 3 hours before your scheduled event, however, deliveries will be made between 8 am and your reservation time (this is necessary in order to meet all customers’ requested reservation times).  Don’t worry, we want your event to be a huge success, Jump Bros, LLC strives in meeting all commitment times and we will keep you informed along the way.  Expect a call or text the day of your event with an ETA for your delivery.

OKAY, MY EVENT IS OVER.  WHEN WILL YOU PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT?

Pickups will begin from your requested time, and not before, but can range up to 3 hours after (since drivers have more than one order, they may be delayed).  If the driver is running late or should anything happen you will be contacted immediately.

I WANT TO SAVE MONEY, CAN I PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT MYSELF?

No, in fact, we do not offer this option.  All of our drivers are trained installers and are certified by the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization to be exclusive installers of our equipment.  When it comes to the safety of your children, it is always best to leave it in the hands of the professionals.  Furthermore, the general liability insurance policy we carry does not permit setup by unauthorized and unqualified personnel.

I HAVE A GREAT IDEA, WHAT IF I WANT TO HOLD AN EVENT AT A PUBLIC PARK, CHURCH, SCHOOL, OR PUBLIC VENUE?

Jump Bros, LLC will love to help you plan your next celebration event at any of these locations but there are some housekeeping items that need to be cared for beforehand.  

First, most public venues don’t have a readily available power source within 50’ of the setup area.  This will require a generator, Jump Bros, LLC can care for this at a reasonable cost of $85.00.

Second, Jump Bros, LLC is fully insured and these venues require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that names the park, church, school, business, etc. as additional insured.  Make sure you plan this well ahead of time to ensure that your party is a success.  

Finally, Jump Bros, LLC will charge a flat fee of $50.00 to provide you with a COI.  If you are booking a party in Montgomery County Parks or Frederick County Parks make sure you reserve the park, then reserve a rental with us so we can provide you with a COI.  You will then need to fill out the park’s Special Use Permit granting us permission to set up an inflatable Unit(s) and generator.  The Special Use Permit must be filled out and returned with the COI to the county for a fee of about $35.00 and the turnaround time is usually a week.  Once your permit is approved, then we are all ready to legally set up for your event.

WHAT ARE YOU SAFETY GUIDELINES?

Use at Your Own Risk

Though every measure has been taken to minimize injury to participants, there are risks, both known and unknown, but not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, distress, paralysis, and even death.  The risk of serious injury from participating in inflatable activities, although minimal, does exist, as it does in all play and amusement activities.  The Client recognizes and understands that use of the equipment may involve inherently dangerous activities.

The Client agrees to notify all participants, their parents or guardians of “Use at Own Risk" policy. As the Client of the Units, the safety of all participants shall be the Client’s sole responsibility.


Supervision and Attendants

A responsible adult should always be present and actively supervising when children are in the bounce house. An adult should be present to facilitate and ensure the appropriate number of children and age group utilizing the bounce house at a time. Use common sense, if something does not look right to you, stop the activity or occurrence immediately.


Age Requirements

This has more to do with each individual child’s development and motor skills. The ability to balance and have coordination and have the strength to jump and bounce can vary from child to child even within the same age. It is recommended that children must be at least 3 years old to participate in a bounce house and at least 6 years old to participate in a wet/dry slide. Because of this the parents of younger children should always be present and nearby to supervise.


Number of Bouncers

This will depend on the size of the bounce house and the age or size of the group. A good practice includes age control where children within the same age and size use the bounce house at a time to help reduce collisions. Certain time slots can be allotted for various age and size groups. The weight and participant capacity is listed on each Unit(s) and should be strictly followed.


Proper Attire

Children should remove all footwear, eyeglasses/sunglasses, jewelry, sharp accessories, and empty out their pockets of any sharp or breakable objects. 


ATTENTION: "Silly String" is strictly prohibited since it is difficult to clean and will cause damage to the Unit(s). No party poppers, colored streamers, confetti or smoking is allowed in or near the Unit(s).

No Rough Behavior

There should be no rough playing, wrestling, tackling, tumbling, pushing, hitting, or flipping. 


Weather Changes

If it starts to rain or become windy (winds speeds greater than 15 mph), have all the children exit the bouncer immediately. 


No Eating and Drinking

There is to be no eating or drinking inside the bounce house. An adult should periodically check that the inside of the bounce house is clear of spills and or trash. 


Proper Air in Equipment

An adult should periodically verify that there is sufficient air in the bounce house. If the bounce house loses air for some reason, have all the children exit the bouncer immediately. 


Other Matters

Do not jump near the entrances, exits, or sides. Walk in and walk out. Children should not bring any items, toys, food, drinks inside the bounce house, and above all NO SILLY STRING. In addition, pets of any type are also not allowed in the bouncers.

We are committed to protecting your privacy with any personal data you provide to us via online and offline. We will never share or sell any of this data with any other party. 


Personal Data

The personal information(name, address, email, billing) we collect through our reservation form provides us a way to get in touch with you and provide the services you have paid for. Any contact made with you will be limited to the rental/booking services you have made, such as a delivery reminder, billing, changes or updates to the reservations etc. If you wish for us to contact you with promotional offers or other marketing campaigns, you may opt in for that option as well. 


Storage and Security

WIX, our website host and platform provides us with the applications that allows us to conduct business with you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. All of this data is stored in secure servers and databases behind a firewall. 


All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.


Cookie Usage

Our website uses session and persistent cookies to help us analyze the utilization of our site such as your browsing and searching on our site. This allows us to better maintain and improve our site for our customers.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
